HotelTierUp is an independent service that registers hotel loyalty promotions and status challenges for customers. We are not affiliated with any hotel group.

Elite status is granted by each hotel programme under its own terms and conditions. Programmes can change or end promotions, change benefits, or review accounts at any time, and we have no control over those decisions.

You confirm that the account details you give us are your own, and that you are allowed to use the account.

Benefits such as upgrades and late check-out are always subject to availability at the hotel.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Our refund policy forms part of these terms.
